Entry fee is Rs. 500 per participant and is non-refundable.

Participants must register before the registration deadline or until all slots are filled.

Players must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.

A valid ID or registration confirmation may be required for verification.

Match fixtures and schedules will be decided by the organizers and are final.

Players must use only the controllers and equipment approved by the organizers.

Any form of cheating, exploiting game glitches, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Failure to appear within the allotted time may result in a walkover.

Tournament format, rules, and settings will be announced before the event and must be followed by all participants.

Organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, rules, or prize distribution if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Prize winners must complete any required verification before claiming prizes.

By participating, players agree to allow the organizers to capture and use photos/videos of the event for promotional purposes.

The organizers' decision on all tournament matters shall be final and binding.
